Just to sate my curiousity... if you sell eggs, how many different kinds/varieties do you sell?

For example, I sell 5 varieties of Coturnix, plus the mixture of all. So that makes 6. If I had another breed, it would be 7, etc etc.

Anyone care to chime in? Thanks!

I only sell duck eggs but have been thinking of getting some quail. Are the eggs popular?
