Do eggs change shape with roosters if flock? How about without roosters? I doubt if this will work. I have heard that a lot of people go to casino and win money and rarely hear anybody share about their loss. Some lucky people have tried and had more females than males and they said it works. I don't believe them.

hello everyohne......i just candled my 30 eggs and this is the count:

23 Developing
1 Red Ring
6 Too Pourous to Know

29 eggs left for Egg Sexing

It is possible to determine the sex of unincubated eggs but not by the shape of the shell.

If the shape was all it took, who would go through the above trouble. In the last 100 plus years of commercial egg production, that now totals over a trillion a year, every conceivable method would have been tried.

But, if you have fun trying the shape thing, do so.

.......i wish i had one of those thingys.......after reading all those posts where people swear that it works and about to set some eggs i decided to give it a try, nothing else, but i do know that's an old myth that has been around for a long time.

THIS EXPERIMENT WAS RUINED!!!.....LOST 24 EGGS .....ALL EMBRYOS DEAD, ACCORDING TO A FRIEND OF MINE THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE OF THE LUNAR ECLIPSE WE HAD ON THE 28TH OF NOV....ONLY 6 EGGS REMAINED AND ARE IN LOCKDOWN.......

the relative position of the sun and the moon only effects slot machines and blackjack cards.

Sorry for your loss but look for a more scientific reason. Temp spikes, bacteria ...... something.
