i have a few hens lately who have been laying eggs with weird bumps or deposits in them. Is this normal or I'd there some nutritional deficiency?

There is a wide range of stuff that falls in the "normal" category when it comes to eggs - and while I am inclined to think your eggs most likely fit in that category, it would be best to possibly post a photo or two of the eggs you are getting just so we can see what you see.
Grocery store eggs give a lot of people the misperception that all eggs are laid being perfectly shaped, sized, shelled, etc - truth be told, those hens lay the same sort of "odd" eggs home flocks do, they just get kicked out by the "quality control" scanning systems at the packager and used for all other sorts of products vs. ending up in that carton of "perfect" eggs Suzy Homemaker picks up at the Piggly Wiggly.

Here are two pictures of the deposits in the eggs
