egg shells

does anyone else feed egg shells along with osyter shells?

yes i do..

I will grind up the shells and egg in the blender and make scrambled eggs and feed it back to the hens for a treat

I just let them dry out for several days on the counter, or speed it up via the oven, crush with my fingers and put it in a bowl for them.
Eggshells are gone in a day! Oyster shell, not so much. I don't worry though, because they never seem to have problems with thin shells.

I have a container of crushed eggshells in their coop for them by the water and feed. I put the shells in a container that sits near the wood stove to dry then crush them.
