I have two hens that currently lay and the both lay ENORMOUS eggs that typically weigh between 80-87 grams. I do a lot of baking and I'm wondering if a recipe calls for a "2 eggs" should I just add one of my huge eggs? My cookies seem to be coming out flat and I'm wondering if it's due to too much egg when I add the amount of eggs called for; any one else ever have this problem? (I had one other hen laying before and her eggs were a normal size, but she has stopped laying leaving me only with the huge eggs.
