egg size question

Ok, this might be a brainless question but...

How do you measure the size of an egg for small, med, large, exlarge and jumbo?

It's by the weight per dozen.

There is also some obscure rules preventing you from putting in 11 super tiny eggs with 1 big one.

If you are selling eggs out of your farm, you can do it (at least in my state) un-graded and un-sized. This is a very good thing.

Very informative.

According to the photos that means that our fresh farm eggs are grade AAA since ours are higher and spread less

And are probably allot healthier and definately fresher
