Okay, so one of the ladies in the huevo-ria is laying an egg a day, only missing once, they are young sussex pullets, so what determines egg size? so far they have been medium size but every few days she throws a extra large.
So my question is what determines egg size? and how long does it take till she levels out and gets consistent? I know since shes young they wont be jumbos right away, and as a sussex they might not be jumbos at all, ......anybody have any tips on a timeline?
