Egg song

Did you get an egg!!! how exciting.

None of my girls do an egg song...I have watched all but 1 lay and they just get down like "ok job done for the day" and then go and eat.

Our dogs used to run at break neck speed to get out our backdoor and check on our chickens when they started laying.I don't know what breed yours are but our Dominiques are loud !

We have a mix. Ours might have been on the younger side but since posting one of the Brahmas does the egg song. Only 1 out of 8. She will do it before, during and after. She might not have been laying yet either.
