Five days isn't that bad, under normal conditions they would still be viable as you know. It's the shipping factor that stresses us...lol.

I will wish you a great hatch, with beautiful chickies!! Bama wraps great so hopefully they were protected along the way from freezing.

It's sleeting here now and we are due for more snow. Its already deadly trying to get to the coops... I'm so depressed !! I just hope the power doesn't go out to boot... eggs in the bator and chicks in the brooder.

i just opened them all and wow!! 24 eggs made it perfect, yeah!!!!

yes i wan't worried about that it was the freezing and rough handleing i was worried about. i'm a worrying mom,lol. i'm always worried till eggs or chicks get here. good packing aint the word they was wrapped excellent!!! and OMG what huge eggs!!! my rir reds have laid big ones but that just rocks!

all i got to say is thank you, thank you gorgous eggs!!! i can't wait till they hatch will post lots of pics and keep ya updated.

I am so glad they made it. I just candled last nite when I got home on the RIR eggs I had in the bator. When I candled at day 7 they seemed porous and I couldn't really tell much but last nite out of 15 eggs all but two were growing chicks. Hope you have a good hatch. Julie
