Don't lose hope! Like I said, it took our guy a few days to even drink and eat on his own. I think it was day 3 I stopped intervening after a morning mash and syringed water. He was smaller and weaker and definitely a little confused, wobbly and stayed close to mama but he ended up figuring it out.

Just wanted to update you all who have been following Joy’s story. She’s doing great! She’s doubled her size and is lively and full of an absolutely individual and adorable personality. I think we are out of the woods.
