Egg Storage question?

I was just wanting to know with winter temps should the eggs collected is it alright to continue to store as usual or should they go straight in to the fridge?

If they sweat when you collect them, I would store them in the fridge instead of letting that happen.

If they don't... maybe it doesn't matter.

The only reason I am asking is we normally don't get too cold temps its actually threatening to slightly snow tomorrow.

With a side note that frozen eggs aren't ruined and can be used as normal.

I don't use frozen eggs for human consumption of the membrane has been breached. If only the shell has been breached, I will use them in cooking, but not in a recipe where the yolk does not get thoroughly cooked. Any membrane breached eggs get used as animal food.

If it's cold enough to make an egg sweat when it comes inside, simply wrap it in a clean towel until it warms up. I don't have enough fridge space to store all of my eggs.
