Planning on storing eggs at room temperature during the winter to prevent frozen eggs, & this is the first time I'm trying this. (I also sell eggs)

How warm is too warm for unwashed eggs?(They're fertile, just adding info) we use a woodstove to heat the house.

How long do they last unrefrigerated?

For hatching or eating? Eating, we try to use ours within 2 weeks. Hatching 7 days. 60F is a safe bet since it's not warm enough to incubate but not cold enough to damage anything.
For eating. I'm done hatching for the year(Wish I was still hatching though)

They will be safe to eat for weeks, if they were fine at first, but egg quality goes down as the temperature goes up. Best, freshest quality is refrigerated.

I may do half, & half. As long as our refrigerator isn't jam packed with food.

Right now my frig is packed with eggs! Must move some on very soon!

Yeah.

I'm working on emptying my mini frig, that's in the Garage before it starts freezing. I would bring my mini frig inside, but I have nowhere to put it unfortunately.
