I always thought it would be fun to do an egg swap. No sales just even trades and just for fun!
What do you have that you'd like to trade for?
This is what I have: Seramas purebreed one dozen
What I like: Chocolate Orpingtons, cochins, d'uccles, hertitage barred rocks, and OEGB to name a few!

I have Swedish Flower Hens that are young and with a roo of the same age and breed. I am also in NC...But I have no desire for seramas, do you have anything else? respectfully....

Hi, I don't have anything else that I keep separate. How do you like the SF hens? I really like the Speckled Sussex.

They have been interesting, I hatched them out November 1rst of last year and they started laying within the last 2 months. The SFH roo stays with the three hens all the time and is not aggressive to me or the hens. He is a fan of courting the girls but does not seem to be overdoing it. If I pick up on of the hens and they make a distress call, hen comes running but by then I have put the hen where I need her to be at. So all in all I think he is a good rooster and the hens are doing everything they are supposed to, eating forageing, laying eggs, etc..

I also like some of the same breeds you like, Barred Rocks, Cochins, Orpingtons. I currently have one barred rock and have had lavender orpingtons in the past...
