My sussex isn't laying at all. Going on two weeks. My americanna is laying really thin shelled eggs. Today she idid it in the middle of the yard. The other two birds are fine. I increased the oyster shells in the feed but no luck. Any other advise please.

Put the oyster shell out free choice instead of in the feed. The ones that need it will eat it and those that don't won't. What else are they eating? Too much scratch and/or other treats can lower overall protien and calcium.

I use layer food from the feed store. Hardly ever give them stratch. I do feed them rice and leftover greens and the gardener leaves them lots of fresh cut grass.
