Egg Turner Dimensions

I'm looking at egg turners for my bator project

Nobody lists the dimensions of the assembly though. Anyone have a tape measure handy??

Also, what gap do I need to keep between my hatching tray and the heating element? I guess my concern is the gap between the element and the eggs??

Just keep the element where the chicks can't reach it, and in the air-flow

So as long as the air is circulating, the egg distance to the element is no big deal. Just make sure the chicks can't touch the element after hatch??

an lg turner is 16x16 and hova/gqf is 15x15, got both
