See if the place u bought it from will sell u just the turner then let u take back the broke one since there the same just one came with the incubator. And remember to test run next time

I did test run it and it worked fine...I bought it online. I sent them an email and no response yet..problem is im going to idaho for mothers day so wont be able to turn the eggs for 3 days... is that bad?

I honestly don't think 3 days of not turning is going make or break your hatch.

Just got ahold of the company. Theyre sending me one of their motors to exchange in the auto egg turner. They said their motors are better then the ones from factory. I hope the eggs are ok being taken in and out a few times to figure out the turner...
