Egg turner stoped working! Please help!

Mine has broken a couple of times. The little plastic tab that goes from the metal motor part into the slot in the plastic turner came out both times. The motor was still turning, but eggs weren't being moved. It was easy to click back into place. Check to see if that is the problem.

Ok so i tried to fix the turner and it still did not work. So i put X and O's on all the eggs. I also candeled last night. They look great!!!!!! I have a double youlker and that is forming just great!!! About 3 eggs were not fertal and 3 others died. So 35 eggs out of 41 left. How do i know if they will hatch? And if i turen the eggs 3 times a day is that ok?
