Hi, I searched all over BYC about this and cant find info on it. All I can find are threads about regular washing with soap and water or bleach solutions... My question is, has anyone used products like the Manna Pro Wipe N Wash or Egg Cleanser Solution? The Wipes don't say whether or not they can be used on hatching eggs but the Cleanser has directions for hatching eggs. Is it safe to use these on hatching eggs? Will it effect hatchability? I have gotten shipped eggs that had a lot of poo on them and I wondered if it was better to clean them or set them as is? If they were my eggs to eat it wouldn't be a big deal. I'd just clean them b4 I used them. But with shipped eggs, I have to consider my investment in them and their value. I want them to have the best shot at hatching they can get. So, to cleanse with these solutions, or to leave as is and risk contamination from the poo?
Thank you,
BellaRose
