I want to sell a few dozen eggs but Im worried about what would happen if womeone got sick. I guess this post is more about how to properly wash an egg and steralize it for liability sake. Ive heard its absolutely neccesary to wash them and steralize them even for home consumption. Just because a few people have done it and not gotten sick is not good enough for me as to why I shouldnt wash them. Just because you dont care doesnt mean I shouldnt.
