Egg Washing

Well I put unwashed eggs in my fridge and see no reason to not continuing doing so. I trust the intact bloom to do its job. If an egg is dirty enough that it needs washing, then I wash it in lukewarm water and use it as soon as possible. If it's really dirty, I toss it. Never gotten sick off my own eggs or produce (grown in composted chicken poop).

If I want food poisoning, all I need to do is eat out at a place with poor sanitation or buy processed packaged greens (which seem to be on safety recall all the time).
