Hi all just a question about egg weight. I am new to raising quail and this is my first attempt at incubation. I weight a few eggs on monday and tuesday and i notced that a few have loss a .01 ounce in weight. Just curious does this mean the egg is dying or is not humid enough. Any Help is greatly appreciated

Weight loss is what you want during incubation. Some of that liquid inside the egg needs to be absorbed into the chick to make room for the embryo's growth. You want that air cell at the top of the egg to grow so when the chick is ready to poke into the air chamber there is enough moisture absorbed and air to breath until it pokes thru the shell. Sounds like you are on track. Should go something like this...
