Egg with no egg inside

My chicken laid an egg this morning and it was empty. I was astonished. could it be that my chickens are missing some important nutrients in their diets'. I feed them layer pullets and they free ranger. also the egg has been out for maybe a week there were 6 eggs in the bunch

If it's a first time layer, it's still "learning the ropes" of laying. So it's normal for some weird eggs to show up.
