Egg with no shell at all!

Hens just got moved into the chicken fortress and seem VERY happy wih it

but one hen just laid a Hanford egg -- all inside, no shell. Freakish. Normal or needs attention?
 
I think it's probably nothing to worry about. It just happens from time to time. Do you give them oyster shell normally?
 
DH says it's been a while since he gave them their oyster shell so that is probably all it is. thanks!
