I have a welsummer that has laid 2 eggs now with purple lavender colored spots! So pretty! I tried to get the best pics possible. Is this called a bloom? Any ideas on how to keep it going? :)

A bloom is a clear coating on the outside of an egg. If you wash your eggs you can feel the slight slimy feel of it as you wash it off.

Yours is just pigment. Welsummer often have spots and dots of pigment on their eggs.

It isn't bloom. Bloom/cuticle goes on as a clear liquid.
That is pigment that was unequally applied to the shell. That is common with Welsummers.
