I've mentioned this before and I don't mean to be repetitive... but I have also had a hen that layed an egg with in an egg, two different times. She ended up becoming egg bound and succumbed to it several months later. I don't want to rain on your parade , just sharing my experience. Keep and eye on her as sometimes these delicate systems go hay-wire.

I have actually seen an egg inside an egg before but yours takes the cake. That egg is so HUGE! Must have hurt!
