Egg without shell yesterday lethargic today

So yesterday my BR hen layed an egg with no shell, her poop is kind of runny and a yellowish/greenish abnormal color. She just kind of sits there and just plain isnt looking all that hot. she eats and drinks, but lack of energy is bothering me.

I would highly suggest going to the feed store and buying some electrolytes to put in her water, to perk up her immune system. Ok this is really gross to look at, but take a look at this poop chart and see which one looks most like hers. http://chat.allotment.org.uk/index.php?topic=17568.0

She is doing great! My mom was out their checking on her and somehow she had gotten a vine with burrs wrapped around her wing. I don't know how we didn't notice it before! We took it off and all was well. I am guessing the bad egg was probably cause she was stressed!
