For color purposes ONLY, feed the crushed red peppers as a treat. no change in diet

Crawfish or shrimp shells work but they will eat the whole shrimp too.
Sweet potatoes and old pumpkins also give that special orange color.
It's neat watching the color change as the diet changes.
