I have 2 eggs with yolk on them. Not thick, but a thin layer. I don't need to set them at all, but in this case, I am thinking of wiping with warm water, not scraping since the layer is so thin. They are not going to be incubated for a couple of days, but what is the vote to wipe- or not to wipe? or just don't set. (remember scraping will most likely not do the trick.)

I would wash them thoroughly and sanitize before setting.
