Why remove her from her nest of eggs?...Your causing issues where none are needed. If eggs are not fertile?..Destroy the nest a break her from being Broody..I have her in the bathroom and I will keep her in tonight until I can call the vet tomorrow. I hope she will be ok...

Your not the OP and not your Bird so we can guess till the cows come home?...@chickens really she wasn't sat on the nest, but beside it I believe. You might have missed that but I think that's partly where the doubt about being broody came from, added to the standing thing of course.
That doesn't look like what I was seeing with my ducks. What is her diet? The recent egg laying might have highlighted a deficiency as it depleted her supplies
