EGGBOUND OR BROODY GOOSE?

Ah okay.

Have been able to check her legs for injury? I've tried googling a bit too and something mentioned the tendon on the hock and that they can slip off preventing them from standing.

Does she try to stand on either leg?

She stood when I was rinsing her off earlier with a hose. Just won't walk. Can a broody hen walk or do they act like this? This is what i keep trying to look for. Do broodies walk or are they spaghetti legged?

I don't have geese so can't be specific, but my ducks have just hatched ducklings and they do a sort of half stand, like they're leaving the nest but want to make a point of the fact they haven't forgotten about their eggs, or like they've been sitting so long they're a bit stiff and can't stand up fully. I hope you can understand what I mean.

It doesn't matter what type of Bird...All Hens do that....:frow

Also I read an article here about egg binding, and I'm sure it said that if you do the internal exam and can't feel an egg within the first inch then they aren't egg bound. Not sure how far it would be for a goose as I think this was more regarding chickens, but it sounds like you've followed procedure for that so I would relax about that for now
