What symptoms is your hen showing?

just lathargic, weird color diarrhia and just acts like shes in a daze

I had one that was egg bound and she ended up in the soup pot since she had a prolapse. If she's egg bound she'll look like she's trying to lay and egg...pushing and shoving and nothing happening. Sounds like she's sick from something else. Diarrhea is not a symptom usually.
