Is she standing or able to walk, and is she eating or drinking? Has she passed any droppings and what do they look like? You could bring in another chicken for a brief visit to see if she acts more normally?

Can stand for maybe 20 seconds. Mostly laying on her left side. Barely eating-one or 2 bites or forced drinking.

You can tell she is in pain. Infeel so bad. I dont know what else to do for her.

I’m sorry that she is in pain. It can be hard to know exactly what is going on inside them when they are ill. If she seems to be suffering, you could consider putting her down.

My hen is still here. Red comb. Alert and just cant walk now. So strange. Was going to deworm just to rule out but i dont see anything in her poop. She does wince after she eats a little.

Thank you for the update, and sorry that she not getting any better. They can have cancer or reproductive infections that may press on the leg nerves causing lameness. I would try to get a necropsy done if you lose her, just to find out what was wrong. Here is a list of state vets to contact for a necropsy:
