No movement in the egg and the air sack is about a quarter to a third the size of the egg. WHat does this mean?
Im presuming the eggs have expired and wont hatch. Still some space left and i see no movement.

Im a disaster, what did i do wrong?

Sorry to hear that, I am not 100% sure but I am thinking this means the humidity was too high. I just had some eggs that did the same thing, when I opened them they had fully developed chicks, it was so sad. Hang in there.

Did any pip? I really am not that good to tell you what went wrong but if they didn't pip I would say not enough humidity because the air sack seems okay size wise mine are always bigger than a 50 cent piece to a 1/3 of the egg and they hatch.

http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/aa204 you could try this link to help figure it out good luck and so sorry for your luck

If you think the air cell is too big then it is not enough humidity. But if the eggs didn't pip then I would guess that your humidity was too high during incubation and the chicks drowned during the internal pip. You need to give us a little more information regarding temps and humidity.

Here is another link was some good info.

I am sorry about your eggs. I hope you can figure this out and try again.
