Eggs and Medicated Feed

I put some of my younger chicks out with my laying hens. My one child has been giving them the medicated feed instead of the starter/grower. How harmful are the eggs to us? We have used quite a few in cooking/baking, but not as just plain cooked eggs. Should I start throwing them out?
