With temps. in the 20s or upper teens during the nights and early mornings I have found eggs in the coop when I feed and water up in the mornings. I think it is laid late in the day or very early in the morning. Sometimes the egg/s are pretty cold when they are found and I'm wondering if they are still good to eat? Not sure at what temp. a fresh egg freezes . .. .anyone know about this silly cold egg thing I am wondering about????

eggs that have been frozen are fine to eat. I personally don't eat eggs that have cracked due to freezing but plenty of people do. I have not noticed any difference between eggs that have frozen and eggs that haven't.
