My female white turkey has laid 9 eggs but is not sitting on them yet. The temps tonight are supposed to be close to 32. Is there anything we should do with her nest? She has laid a few leaves on top of them but not many.

I pickup eggs at night when it's going to be cold. I usually leave one marked egg and pickup the new ones anyway. I leave the one as a bait egg so she keeps laying in the same spot. When she goes broody I return eggs

Thank you! The temperature change from the outside to house won’t hurt them?

Low 30°s won't hurt the eggs. My research shows that 27°F is the killer. But I have had eggs in nests when the temperature got into the low 20°s that hatched just fine once the hen finally went broody.

Eggs on ground that is not frozen do not get as cold as the air temperature.

I would leave them alone.
