Eggs and the frig

If I put my fresh eggs in the frig after I gather them, is it ok if someone else leaves them out of the frigs after I give them away or is it once refrigerated one must keep them refrigerated

I think it's more about if you wash them or not rather than putting them in the fridge. I sell and I do not wash them but I do put them in the fridge because here in WI if we sell eggs, they have to be kept at temps no higher than 50 degrees. I also put a note on my egg label to wash.
 
One issue with cooling then warming is the “sweat” that can happen. The condensation that forms as the eggs warm up could affect them. However, chilled eggs can be incubated and some do hatch ( albeit with a lower hatch rate usually) so how much are they really affected? I would say better safe than sorry, or at minimum those eggs should be cooked very thoroughly.
