Eggs are getting cracked :-(

I don't see a home in the egg I usually see an indentation and little cracks but the yolk is never exposed. But I'm afraid that if it does get exposed then I'm in trouble. What is the mustard thing? Simply fill an egg with mustard and let them go to town?

Yeah, but, it can make a real mess and mostly doesn't do the trick.
Fake eggs can help, nothin' in there for them to eat..and unpeckable

Make sure they are getting good levels of protein and calcium.....for harder shells and no craving for protein.

I've never filled the eggs with anything; sounds too messy and too much trouble to me too! If the diet is balanced, and there's not a problem with overcrowding, the I would find and eliminate the culprit before she teaches more hens her trick. That's what I've done here. Mary
