Eggs are moving ?

Hang in there Lori! Are they still moving? Are they peeping? Have you peeped at them? How is your humidity?

hum is 50 temp 100 no peeping not moving but they are in a carton so I think harder to see movement ?

Should I peep at them ? IM so sad this morning !

hang in there

I'm new, so hopefully someone with more experience will chime in, BUT, the lowest humidity at hatching that I've ever seen posted was 55%, and a LOT of people go much higher than that. Also if temps are on the low side (sometimes thermometers are off, or depends on where you put the thermometer, especially in a still air incubator), sometimes it will delay a hatch for a day or two. ??

Can you get the humidity up without disturbing the incubator? Most threads I read suggest humidity at hatch time around 60-65%. Today is day 20 for me and I have 2 rockers. Temps are fine and humidity is running 60-65%. I can't keep myself away from the dang hatcher lol.

Hope you get more pips and zippers today!

This way i can take out water and put water in. My humitidy would drop down to around 56 so i would take out about 3 syringe full and add 3 hot syringe full back it would bump it back up to 61-64 the tube just sits downin the bottom of the water canal. hope this helps, Kim
