Eggs Arranged Okay?

Okay, first time hatcher here, so I am probably being a little paranoid, but do the eggs look like they are arranged okay or do they look too cramped? We have a 12-egg incubator but only 9 eggs fit properly in the turning tray with the grilles. The eggs seem to turn okay like this, but again, first timer here, so we are probably doing a big no-no. Should we just take the tray out all together and turn manually?

Also, any other tips or advice would be much appreciated.

(ignore thermometer/hygrometer. We just put it in, so it hadn't adjusted to the incubator's conditions yet).

I do not have an answer to your question because I am a new hatcher too, and my incubator is nothing like yours! BUT- you should join the Easter Hatch-a-long! Lots of really useful information and nice people in that group and everyone will be at the same stage of hatching as you are!
