Eggs being pecked???

Hi There!
I have to girls, one is laying and one is not. For the last days that I have gotten an egg they have had one single hole. She lays in the morning to the after noon, so I guess I have not been quick enough to get the egg out?? She is not laying in the box always on the ground. Do you think the golf ball thing would help?? Not sure who is doing it. If they are doing it to eat it, I would think it would be cracked all the way open.

I could be that there is not enough Calcium in their diet and the egg breaks when it's laid.
