So with the temps dropping drastically in the midwest as of yesterday. 30's and snow to 1 with -15 to - 30 degree wind chills I am sure that since I can't get to the eggs a couple times a day they will more than likely freeze.

So that begs the question: If the eggs freeze can they be thawed and still used?

Yes. Be mindful if they are cracked and have come in contact with dirt or poo.

I feed my cracked ones to the dog. Not taking a chance on anything.
