is there anything im supposed to do before i put them in the incubator?

let them sit for 12 hours before putting them in....

Make sure there are no damaged eggs or cracks toss the ones that are damaged if you have any...rest them Big end up in an egg carton for 12 hours or so...have your bator ready ...set them, your temps and humidity will go down some but don't touch anything (the temp dial or humidity level) they should come back up to normal within a few hours.....
