Eggs developed spots after laying

I have two eggs that have developed tiny spots all over them after sitting on the counter for a couple of days. They were layed by the same hen and her previous eggs have not done this. They have not been washed. Any ideas?

They look like regular pigment spots to me. You may not have noticed them before or they have darkened a bit sitting on your counter.

I am hoping that is all it is, but her other eggs never did that. They stayed a smooth uniform colour. That's what has me wondering why.
