What does everyone do with extra eggs?

I have six birds right now; but I’d like to expand and get more birds. I enjoy taking care of them. I just don’t know what I’d do with all the eggs.

I sell to a few friends, and eat eggs every day.
But, yeah, it can get overwhelming...and I must admit I've tossed a few dozen here and there.
