Eggs fade from brown to greyish, runny stool, now thin shells

My hen had been laying brown eggs just fine until recently. The color started to fade, going from that pretty brown to an off tan-grey. Her stool seems to be liquid and today's latest egg shattered in my hand. It did have a yolk.

Can anyone offer advice on what ails her and a cure?
