The cause of a blood spot is simply a ruptured blood vessel on the yolk's surface as the egg is forming. This is a natural, benign process for both hen and egg. Instances of blood spots can increase when hens in a flock get excited by changes in lighting, changes in temperature, or simply shifting seasons.

There aint any way those are one or 2 day old eggs. You need to collect daily.

How old would you say they are? My husband really collects every day to every other day and in the same 8 spots we have for them.

Back in the 80s I raised chickens and collected everyday to every other day. As late spring came early summer came I started getting occasional blood spotting. I figured it was from leaving the eggs to long also the hotter outside temp.
I never analyzed it.
If your getting a broody hen could be sitting on your eggs and chickens like to lay where other chickens have. If you outside temps are high maybe the eggs are not really cooling.
I am just taking a guess.

I just remember my situation fast forward I pick my eggs up everyday now, every evening
