We have five hens and one has been broody for about a week. I don't usually care for them (I'm not keen on birds) but my entire family has gone away for the weekend. I should have removed the broody hen from the nest today and got the eggs, but I'm too scared of her, since I really have to reach in to grab her and she's facing me. She can be pretty vicious.

My question is whether the eggs beneath her will be okay if I manage to get them out tomorrow or on Sunday night? We live in England so we don't usually keep them in the fridge but we are having unusually hot weather and I'm worried that they might go off or something. We don't have any roosters so they shouldn't hatch.

If anybody has any advice about this please help me!!

I would throw those eggs away, because her body heat will be heating those eggs.......That might be gross.....LOL
