Eggs have cracks but are taking to long!

I have quail eggs in my incubator, today is day 18 and most of the eggs have cracks and one has a tiny part of its beak out. One cracked last night and the others this morning around 7. The ones with the cracks haven’t made anymore holes or cracks but they are still alive. The one with its beak out is just breathing. Is it supposed to take this long? My humidity is 78 and temp is 99.1-99.6 . What do I do ? How long should it take? I am spraying them with water to make sure the dont dry up. I read it can take about 12 hours to hatch but if it doesn’t, any ideas?

Your humidity is too high...imo.
