It probably is still absorbing yolk. Leave it in the egg. I don't think the bed of paper towels is a good idea, don't open the incubator anymore. Is it yawning?

It can take up to 12 hours depending on what stage it's at before it finds it feet if still absorbing yolk? All you can do is wait

Softness so it doesn't rupture the belly of yolk if still exposed. It helps.
